Restructuring and Insolvency Senior Manager

About the Role
Cor Cordis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Restructuring and Insolvency team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex advisory and formal insolvency engagements, managing a team of professionals, and dealing with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage advisory and formal insolvency engagements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of results.
- Manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including creditors, banks, and statutory authorities.
- Conduct investigations into the financial affairs of distressed companies, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for financial recovery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of recent experience in restructuring and insolvency, with a strong background in business advisory services.
- Business or accounting-related degree or equivalent, with CA/CPA qualification (ARITA qualification or undertaking also considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Highly motivated and flexible, with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
