We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Red Bull Territory Ambassador. Based in ACT, this full-time role offers the opportunity to develop freely in an ambitious and reliable team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will use their unique personality to showcase the Red Bull brand, bringing it to life in various settings such as trendy cafes, bars, clubs, and festivals. They will provide excellent service, taking responsibility for the visibility and availability of our products.

This role involves building long-term professional relationships with customers, creating new alliances with key influencers and industry experts, and developing strategies to increase sales through creative concepts and new distribution points.

As a Territory Ambassador, you will be responsible for On Premise sales and marketing activities in your region, knowing the local market like the back of your hand and identifying new opportunities. You will also make every appointment with customers a highlight of their day, utilizing your sales and negotiation skills to achieve mutually beneficial increases in earnings.

Requirements
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and previous experience within the industry or similar roles
  • Solutions-oriented approach with commercial acumen
  • A winning mindset, being passionate, professional, and responsible with a can-do attitude
  • Established contacts in the night scene or ability to make them quickly and smoothly
  • Comfortable working out in venues and on nights/weekends, with flexibility and independence
