Delivery Driver Position

This role is responsible for operating and delivering in vans, serving as the public face of a trusted business that connects Australians daily.

The ideal candidate will safely perform and operate a van to pick up mail from designated locations, interact with customers, unload mail articles, and manually sort them into small or large letters and parcels. Additionally, they will complete daily vehicle safety checks and work autonomously on the road, interacting with others and being a team player.

  • Safely operate a van to pick up mail from Street Posting Boxes, Corporate Offices, Licensed Post Offices, and Delivery Centres.
  • Pick up mail and parcel items from customers.
  • Unload mail articles from vans and manually sorting them into small or large letters and parcels including express posts.
  • Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
  • Work independently out on-the-road, interacting with others and being a team player.
About You

We are looking for individuals who hold a full or probationary QLD driver's licence, have at least two years driving history, and possess a good driving record. The candidate must also be flexible with working additional hours if required, have a great memory, excellent attention to detail, and be able to lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly. They should meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less.
