Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations for a diverse range of customers, including children, contact lens wearers, and those requiring therapeutic care.
  • Recommend tailored lens solutions based on customers' lifestyles and needs.
  • Clearly explain complex lens technologies and their features, ensuring customers understand the benefits of premium products.
  • Cultivate and mentor Graduate Optometrists, empowering them to provide excellent customer service and recommend advanced technology effectively.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and Managing Optometrists to optimise eyecare revenue and labour efficiencies.
