**Job Summary**

This role involves working collaboratively with staff to assist with the management and coordination of activities across various functions. You will complete high-quality research and analysis, contributing to our work through effective communication skills.

You will provide specialist knowledge in drafting advice, briefs, submissions, and correspondence while researching matters related to government policy and regulation.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will have well-developed written and verbal communication skills. You will also need strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative, manage priorities, and work independently is essential. Experience working in or with a government department or regulatory agency is highly desirable.

**Salary**

The salary range for this position is $95K-$100K per annum, plus 14% superannuation. This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time role based in Canberra with hybrid work options.
