Key Responsibilities- Receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience in automotive sales, including understanding and qualifying customers' needs.
- Promote our dealership as the dealer of choice through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Assist with delivery coordination, including vehicle presentation and preparation, completing paperwork, and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
- Engage with customers through telephone and web-based inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to their needs.
- Conduct vehicle appraisals and prepare quotes, gaining a thorough understanding of the financing process.
We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to the automotive lifestyle, including a willingness to work a 5-day week with Saturdays and rotate weekly RDOs. You will possess exceptional reliability, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of delivering results.
- Ambitious and eager to excel in automotive sales, with a willingness to learn from industry leaders and a belief that every customer represents an opportunity.
- Excellent communication skills across all channels, including face-to-face, phone, and online.
- Proficient in PC and administrative tasks, with a valid driving license.
