Vehicle Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Assessor to join our team at Woollards Auto Body Works in Shepparton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately quoting vehicles, and ensuring timely repairs.

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers.
• Accurately quote vehicles in a timely manner, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
• Process vehicles onsite, off-site, and online, ensuring efficient and effective repairs.
• Manage parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with suppliers to record and authorize additional work in a timely manner.
• Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting high-quality standards.
• Hand over completed repairs to customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Previous collision repair industry experience is essential.
• Strong commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.
