Job Role: Data Entry and Order Processor

To ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction, you will work closely with our warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier/customer returns
  • Process customer orders and respond to queries, including post-sales follow-up
  • Assist with inventory book in/out
  • Perform other general duties as requested

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented individual
  • Minimum 1 year of data entry/office administration experience
  • Basic IT/Mobile phone knowledge, with SAP knowledge an asset
