Finance Graduate - Kick-start your career in a dynamic and broad organisation with our 12-month graduate program. Gain hands-on experience, work on real business challenges, and present your ideas to senior leaders.

  • A 12-month graduate program that includes three rotations within the organisation followed by a permanent opportunity
  • Support network of mentors, buddies, and a dedicated graduate manager
  • 7-part Graduate Learning Series designed to build your network and acclimatise to corporate life
  • Exposure to Senior Leaders through tailored sessions
  • A capstone project working with other graduates on a business problem and presenting recommendations to senior leaders

As our Finance Graduate, you'll complete three four-month rotations gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.

You'll help shape strategy, support financial analysis, and contribute to sustainability initiatives like energy tracking and emissions reporting. You'll gain exposure to M&A activity and grow alongside the company as we advance on our sustainability journey. Throughout the program, you could be involved with:

  • Sustainability related projects and initiatives
  • Mergers & Acquisitions related activities
  • Facilities Management

You'll manage and contribute to significant projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself, and taking steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, and more

">Requirements

We're looking for individuals with a strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset. To be successful, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management, or sustainability/ climate change related focus
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the business
  • Previous work experience in a similar field is advantageous

Successful candidates will need to travel occasionally to multiple locations.
