About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP of Finance to partner with our Group President, APAC and lead our financial strategy and drive our growth trajectory forward.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our Asia Pacific operations and contribute to our continued success in a dynamic and competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
  • Provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to facilitate informed business decisions with operating leaders.
  • Liaise with Banyan's HQ team on various growth strategies and initiatives, including tax optimization and operational finance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Professional accounting qualification CA ANZ or CPA Australia (or internationally recognized equivalent).
  • 15+ years of managing Finance teams, experience with a globally distributed team is a plus.
