To support customer certification efforts, our Azure Security and Compliance team manages external audits and partners with engineering, security teams, and external auditors.

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to lead compliance audit workstreams and manage projects with multiple stakeholders within Azure and our external customers. The role involves operationalizing solutions to scale and maintain certifications and all regulatory requirements that apply.

The successful candidate will have experience in compliance audit, project management, data analysis, or product development, and will be responsible for managing cross-functional and/or cross-team compliance projects. A Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of experience are required, with 2+ years of demonstrated experience in security control frameworks preferred.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting new and innovative technologies, enthusiasm, integrity, ingenuity, results-driven, self-motivated, and resourceful individuals are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects with multiple stakeholders within Azure and our external customers
  • Operationalize solutions to scale and maintain certifications and all regulatory requirements that apply
  • Manage cross-functional and/or cross-team compliance projects
  • Develop and implement features for cross-functional projects
  • Collaborate and ensure alignment across teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 1+ years experience in compliance audit, project management, data analysis, or product development
  • 1+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team compliance projects
  • Demonstrated experience in security control frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, PCI, ISO, NIST, COSO, COBIT)

Salary:$124,000 - $156,000 per year, depending on location and experience
