Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator Perth FullTime

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator in Perth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supports the sales team in achieving their goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, offering quotes and estimates when necessary, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. They will also collaborate with the compliance management system and enhance employee awareness of product compliance obligations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate advice and information as required
  • Offer customer-specific quotes and estimates when necessary
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the compliance management system
