As an Operations Driver, you'll be responsible for managing our e-scooter and e-bike fleets, ensuring they're in top condition and ready for use. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a service vehicle (van, ute, or small electric vehicle) to pick up e-scooters and e-bikes across the city and move them to high-demand locations.
  • Work with a ground patroller to support the team and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Regularly lift, carry, and maneuver 25-28 kg e-scooters and e-bikes.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our technology and systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our users.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Hold an open class Queensland Driver Licence.
  • Be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
  • Be flexible to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends.
  • Have some experience working as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist, etc.).
  • Be a fast learner, comfortable working with technology, and able to multitask.
  • Be a safe and competent driver, able to be in charge of a vehicle.
  • Have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Be able to provide a great customer experience and help users with basic questions.
  • Be a team player, able to work well with others, and handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Be aged 21 or over to apply for this role.
  • Have a suitable smartphone to perform this role (generally an Apple or Android device from or newer).
