Food Service Associate Job Description
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to deliver outstanding service to our guests. This role involves taking orders, making high-quality beverages, memorizing menus, serving food and drinks in a timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Taking guest orders with attention to detail
- Making high-quality coffee and other beverages
- Memorizing menus and offering personalized recommendations
- Serving food and beverages to guests efficiently
- Providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed guest expectations
Key Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum 12 months experience working in a similar position as a Food Service Associate
- A valid RSA certificate for responsible serving of alcohol
- A friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Experience providing quality customer service and a sense of urgency
- Impeccable presentation and the ability to work well under pressure
