The Role of an Auxiliary FirefighterWe are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Auxiliary Firefighters. As part of our diverse workforce, you will contribute to delivering high-quality fire, rescue, emergency, and disaster management services.
Key Accountabilities- Respond to fire and emergency incidents, prioritizing safety and effectiveness on the fire ground.
- Promote community safety and preparedness by participating in educational activities.
- Maintain competencies by actively engaging in regular drills and training courses provided by QFES.
- Ensure attendance standards for emergency incidents and training sessions.
- Operate specialist firefighting and rescue equipment safely and effectively.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
