Senior Project Manager

The ICT Senior Project Manager will oversee the purpose and status of the project, ensuring all project goals and timeframes are met. This role supports the agency by overseeing and ensuring the high-quality and consistent delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver projects with agency-wide impact, developing and implementing project plans and schedules in accordance with the agency's project management framework.
- Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to oversee project design, governance arrangements, and operational integration, ensuring project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Lead strategic planning for longer-term project initiatives, managing staff and overseeing performance, attendance, and health and wellbeing.
- Research, review, and evaluate projects, reporting on project objectives and outputs for presentation to the executive.
- Manage financial budgets, contracts, procurement, resources, and expenditure, identifying and assessing project risks, issues, and benefits.
- Drive innovation, manage and lead change, and contribute to the agency's strategic direction, engaging with key stakeholders to deliver projects and respond to changes in needs and expectations.
This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive innovation and deliver high-quality results. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
