Chief Technical Architect

• Develop and enforce rigorous engineering processes, ensuring seamless integration with our program;
• Exercise authority on engineering matters, adhering to defined procedures;
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to monitor and support systems and sub-systems, defining necessary changes to meet user requirements;
• Manage engineering analysis for desired reliability, maintainability, availability, safety, and cost-effectiveness outcomes;
• Implement engineering changes according to company and program procedures;
• Lead technical reviews and audits, planning, estimating, resourcing, and scheduling of engineering tasks;
• Liaise with Commonwealth representatives on project engineering issues and provide timely notifications of defects and design deficiencies.

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline;
• At least eight years of professional engineering experience;
• Experience in Engineering and project-engineering management;
• Proven leadership skills in managing diverse technical disciplines and staff;
• Strong understanding of applicable contract and legislated requirements and technical specifications and standards;
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting Level 1 Security Clearance as needed.
