Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This compensation package includes a competitive base salary, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description
This exciting opportunity calls for an experienced Chief Technology Product Strategist to lead the development of Lattice's future. As a key member of the team, you will identify ways to evolve Lattice and create an exceptional end-user or developer experience, enhancing Anduril's ability to deliver valuable capability at scale. Your tasks will include:
  • Defining Lattice's future vision by seeking out real-world context through onsite user engagement, internal expert feedback, existing product data, and industry tech investigation.
  • Prioritizing and planning by setting clear outcomes for your portfolio in partnership with engineering, design, and business partners.
  • Communicating vision and execution strategy by proactively managing stakeholder expectations and escalating large trade-offs and necessary decision points as needed.
  • Executing by working hands-on to deliver new capabilities across the lifecycle of the product, from initial concept definition and scoping, through development, user testing, and release, and ongoing evolution.
  • Leading with data by defining and monitoring key metrics to measure success, but also being comfortable with taking alternate approaches in domains where data isn't available.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Extensive professional experience in software product development, including hands-on product management capacity.
  • Ability to exercise extremely high ownership over a complex system, including design, integration, test, and delivery of new capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in learning quickly about complex problem spaces and breaking them down into addressable component parts.
  • Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams to do their best work and ship high-impact products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of technical comfort.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain an Australian TS PV clearance.
