Technical Program Manager Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee the execution of complex projects from initiation to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and define project requirements, mitigate risks, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal and external technical teams to develop and implement network infrastructure solutions that meet business needs in Asia.
  • Develop and present comprehensive network plans for approval by internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the delivery of approved network plans, coordinating with internal contributors to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes, promoting automation, reducing lead time, and managing change effectively.
  • Partner with network negotiators to plan and execute orders and agreements, and participate in vendor meetings and industry conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive initiatives across organizational boundaries.
  • Strong problem-solving and financial skills, with the ability to adopt a data-driven approach to solving challenges.
