About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor (Building) to join our team on the Thornlie-Cockburn Link project. As a key member of our Station team, you will report to the Site Manager and work collaboratively with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, and Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily planning activities and contribute to weekly/monthly forward planning of works, including resource requirements and trade coordination.
  • Manage and deliver work to a high standard, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
  • Provide coaching and leadership, maintaining effective communication channels and promoting a culture of personal accountability.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of hazards and associated SHE risks, adhering to safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the contract, specifications, EBA, and safety and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project goals, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years building experience, with a minimum 3 years as a Building Supervisor, delivering mid-to-large scale commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering building works, including structure, envelope, fit-out, hydraulics, and civils works.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • High level of technical knowledge, including Australian and International standards, and management systems.
  • Ability to accurately record activities and ensure business processes are adhered to.
