Livestock Procurement Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Livestock Procurement team as a Trainee. The successful candidate will assist with executing the procurement strategy, ensuring maximum value creation for the organization.

The role involves working closely with the Livestock team to support the end-to-end supply chain process, including livestock purchasing execution, program development, logistics coordination, and data analysis.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the livestock industry, demonstrated experience or exposure to the supply chain, and strong project planning and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of emotional intelligence
• Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
