About the Role

As an Electrical Project Specialist at Duratec Australia, you will be responsible for ensuring that our marine infrastructure upgrade projects across Western Australia meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. This role requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering, with experience in analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications, and determining electrical components required for our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze technical drawings and specifications to determine electrical components required for our marine projects
Compile and review QA/QC documentation, including ITPs and RFIs, and associated reporting
Coordinate suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure timely delivery of electrical components and equipment
Plan and monitor progress, equipment, and personnel to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Diagnose issues and problem-solve to ensure electrical systems are functioning correctly

About You

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Specialist who has a strong technical background in electrical engineering and has experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction project delivery space. You will have a tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a trade background with experience in quality management of large-scale electrical projects. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to positively influence and develop stakeholder relationships.
