Financial Markets Trader Role

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our team as a Financial Markets Trader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the financial markets and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line support to clients across various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and social media. They will also be required to answer queries from clients on all of our products and platforms, provide technical support with our front-end platforms and chart packages, and proactively converse with clients about financial markets and our latest innovations.

This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the financial markets, a strong desire to learn and grow, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Degree-level education or similar experience
  • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
