Job Description

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Partners Product Manager, responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for our Partners platform and digital products. You will be working closely with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to understand their needs and translate these insights into valuable digital solutions that empower partners to grow their businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a product strategy focused on digital solutions that enable and empower our Partners (IBs) to grow their business with Pepperstone.
  2. Maintain a product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term growth initiatives.
  3. Implement product tracking solutions to understand customer behavior and optimize in-market solutions based on findings.
  4. Conduct interviews with current and prospective clients to maintain a pulse on the needs and demands of the global partner community.
  5. Work with UX/Design to create product prototypes to test opportunities and gain consensus on product direction.
  6. Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that drive IB success.
  7. Manage stakeholders at multiple levels to maintain a continued understanding of the product strategy, roadmap, and objectives.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and CX, to ensure Go-to-Market activities are in place to activate new products and features.
  9. Continuously review competitor offerings to ensure Pepperstone remains at the forefront and is prepared to respond to new competitor offerings or features.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrable experience in CFD/FX trading.
  • You have a strong background in working with Introducing Brokers or retail trading partnerships.
  • You have a proven track record of developing digital solutions that serve Introducing Brokers and other growth partners.
  • You have experience managing products within regulated financial environments, including an understanding of how regulatory requirements affect IB operations.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You can build strong relationships with IBs and internal stakeholders.
  • You have an understanding of different IB business models and revenue structures.
  • You embody the Pepperstone values.
