About Us

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying and supporting customers' financial needs, and facilitating referrals to specialist teams where required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for customers to explore new financial products and services.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

You will need to have excellent customer service skills, preferably from the banking industry, and exposure to consumer lending would be advantageous. You should also be able to demonstrate a passion for building long-lasting relationships and creating positive customer experiences.

Additionally, you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. You will also need to be able to learn and confidently use technical financial systems.
