Vehicle Parts Executive

This senior role involves overseeing the management of vehicle parts inventory, ensuring effective deployment and maintenance strategies are implemented to maximize profitability. Main Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Manage vehicle parts inventory levels, tracking stock movement and optimizing storage capacity to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of skilled professionals responsible for procuring, stocking, and dispensing vehicle parts in an efficient manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and improve departmental performance, identifying areas for growth and implementing targeted solutions to address any issues that may arise.
- A strong background in management or a related field is essential for success in this role.
- Prior experience as a Parts Manager or similar position within a motor vehicle dealership environment is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.
This role offers a competitive salary package, comprising a base retainer of $80k, superannuation, and commission structure. Successful candidates can expect an on-target earnings potential of around $100k.
