About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator to join our PCYC Redland Bay OSHC Service. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to children, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality education and care to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement engaging programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Work collaboratively with other Educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You

We are looking for an Educator who is passionate about working with children, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to work collaboratively as part of a team. You will have a Certificate III in an area relevant to working with children, and experience working in an OSHC or long day care setting is desirable.
