About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head our change readiness team. This individual will oversee the preparation, management, and support of changes in line with our agreed change framework.

Collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders, you will develop and implement change management plans across various initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proven people leadership and change management expertise within a retail banking environment
  • Strong experience engaging and communicating with leadership to create awareness and promote buy-in for change
  • Ability to monitor and measure the success of change initiatives throughout implementation and post-implementation review
  • Experience identifying areas for improvement to continually enhance the client and user experience throughout change
  • Exceptional stakeholder influencing skills to bring colleagues on the journey as our business evolves
