Job Description

We provide community-based services to improve lives across Sydney and the Central Coast region. Our team of passionate therapists delivers high-quality support to our clients, helping them achieve greater independence, better health, and quality of life. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will lead and support our vibrant team in Gosford, taking on a caseload while developing your leadership skills.

This role involves working closely with our clients and their families, providing individualized support to help them achieve their goals. You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote independence and well-being.

In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will have opportunities to contribute to the growth and development of our team. We offer internal mentoring, training, and shadowing programs to support your professional development, as well as external CPD training opportunities.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Own vehicle and current driver's license
  • Positive attitude and commitment to client-centered care
  • Experience working with NDIS, DVA, and My Aged Care (iCare experience a plus)
  • Passion for leading, mentoring, and supporting others
