Home Care Professionals Wanted

Our organization is seeking dedicated individuals to provide care and support to customers in their own homes, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing domestic assistance, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for older people
- Assisting with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits
- Offering social support and access to lifestyle activities, fostering community connections
- Delivering personal care services, including medication management and mobility assistance
- Providing respite and emotional support, alleviating caregiver burden
Requirements include:
- A current Australian Drivers License (P1 or above) and a registered vehicle for travel
- Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
- Ability to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems while seeking guidance from management when needed
- Guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling
- Award rate $27.89 - $30.11 per hour plus superannuation
