**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Manager to oversee our portfolio of centres across Western Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe, and an inviting destination for customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administering lease requirements and managing tenancy schedules
  • Assisting in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets
  • Managing bank guarantees and conducting regular centre inspections
  • Maintaining a high level of presentation and monitoring maintenance-related queries and works
  • Establishing strong relationships with occupiers and providing customer-centric support
  • Providing CAPEX recommendations to the FM team and supporting marketing activities
  • Arrears management and monthly financial reporting

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the Property industry (Retail management essential)
  • Certificate of Registration or Agent's Rep
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to build relationships and provide customer-centric support
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of centre operations
