About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our Building Services team in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing detailed design calculations and sketches in accordance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electrical building services systems for new build and refurbishment construction projects
  • Assist senior staff in feasibility studies, concept and scheme design stages
  • Attend design team meetings and inspect electrical building services systems
  • Utilize Building Services software for calculations and produce marked up drawings for CAD
  • Select and specify products, equipment and installation standards relating to Electrical services
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in electrical design and building services
  • Ability to design principle electrical systems from concept to detailed design
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations Part L compliance
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
