Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our clinical team as a Clinical Lead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents and mentoring junior staff members.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor Clinical Team: You will lead and mentor the clinical team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring that every resident receives person-centred care in accordance with organisational policies and guidelines.
- Clinical Service Delivery: You will demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities in clinical service delivery, managing workplace dynamics and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Requirements
- AHPRA Registration: You must hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing: You must have a Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid National Police Check: You must hold a valid national police check.
- Proven Experience: You must have proven experience in aged care, including dementia and managing challenging behaviours.
- Clinical Documentation Systems: Familiarity with clinical documentation systems such as iCare or Autumncare is highly desirable.
