Freight Handler

The Logistics Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services. This individual will be responsible for loading, unloading packages scheduled for pickups/deliveries and verifying their correctness and completeness.
To achieve this, they will need to work closely with dispatching to consult on the best available route for timely delivery/pickup. They must also ensure permanent availability of pick-ups and verify good order of packages/envelopes. Furthermore, they will serve as a communication link between customers and office staff, reporting customer feedback to operations immediately.
In addition to these tasks, the Logistics Operator is expected to maintain cooperation with team members, use proper language when interacting with customers, and avoid unexcused absence. Lastly, they will follow safety protocols at all times.
Requirements- Must be able to lift loads up to 20kg independently using safe lifting methods.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and problem-solving skills are required.
- Self-driven individuals who can work autonomously are preferred.
