Job Opportunity

As a Retail Assistant at Sephora, you are a Beauty Advisor, essential to the store team by inspiring and helping customers become their best selves.

You will work across all departments, from beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness, equipped with initial onboarding training and continuous learning through our online platform and field trainers.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Creating an amazing customer experience by providing a welcoming environment to listen to and meet their unique needs
  • Observing new products and latest beauty trends and techniques
  • Helping customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program
  • Expanding knowledge of iconic brands to share with and learn from the team
  • Participating in cross-training and attending in-store beauty expert training sessions
  • Sharing knowledge with the team and customers
  • Having previous sales experience in retail or customer-facing environments, with excellent interpersonal skills

Please note that each store has individual needs, with busiest days between Thursday to Sunday. The ideal candidate will provide 3 full days of availability during key trading times, including late-night and weekend shifts.
