We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real difference in the lives of others, working with people who require care and support.
This position is based in Waratah (Newcastle) and involves providing high-quality patient care, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Role ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a passion for aged care and leadership of teams. They must be currently registered as a Registered Nurse, with 2+ years of experience and a genuine commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Promote the health and wellbeing of patients
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse
- 2+ years of experience in aged care
- Experience in leadership and team management
