Disb Security Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Disb Security Analyst to support our audit and assurance tasks related to Ongoing Suitability Assessments (OSA) and Annual Security Reviews - Cyber (ASR) for the Defence Industry Security Branch (DISB).

Main Responsibilities
  • Execute DISB OSAs and ASRs by adhering to documented Standard Operating Procedures and Defence policies.
  • Utilise electronic case management systems for efficient processing.
  • Provide expert advice on audit outcomes while managing complex cases.
  • Perform comprehensive Quality Assurance checks on DISB files to ensure compliance with standard procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage caseloads effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to meticulously examine data and accurately identify potential security risks.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards in DISB processes and documentation, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and procedures.

  • Proficient with the MS Office suite and experienced in navigating various systems.
