Job Description

The role of a Personal Care Assistant is to provide personal care and domestic support services to residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance to residents as allocated by the Shift Supervisor and/or Village Care Manager.
  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Supporting residents with mobility and balance issues.
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a care-related role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
