Maternal and Child Health Services Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Maternal and Child Health Services Coordinator to join our team at Cardinia Shire Council.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to families, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in maternal and child health.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, drawing on your expertise in child development and family dynamics to inform practice and improve outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will require current AHPRA Registration as Division 1 Nurse and Midwife, post graduate qualifications in Child & Family Health recognised in Victoria, and experience in Maternal & Child Health nursing, particularly with vulnerable populations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and engagement skills, strong knowledge of child behaviour, development, and family dynamics, including diversity considerations, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with Council's values of Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, and Communication & Customer Focus.
