We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead - Aged Care to join our team. As a key member of our clinical leadership group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents.

You will work closely with the General Manager to manage and lead the delivery of care, ensuring the highest standards of assessment, care planning, and evaluation.

Your duties will include overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and leading the care home clinical team, reviewing clinical incidents, and managing compliance with accreditation standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration
  • Postgraduate qualification in aged care (desired)
  • Minimum 30 beds experience in management
  • Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care
