Janitorial Assistant

Role Overview:

We are seeking diligent and enthusiastic individuals to support our cleaning operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning all areas, including entryways, learning spaces, amenities, hallways, laundry, and general shared zones.
  • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces, such as handles, switches, counters, and partitions.
  • Maintaining glass, flooring, and fixtures through vacuuming, scrubbing, polishing, and spot-cleaning, including doors, windowsills, counters, basins, mirrors, and partitions.
  • Supporting general upkeep tasks, such as cobweb removal, dusting up to 2m, and lifting rugs for full floor coverage.
  • Ensuring cleaning equipment is properly used, maintained, and stored.
  • Complying with Health & Safety protocols in line with local regulations.

Available shifts:

  • Monday to Friday (inclusive) between the hours of 7:00pm to 09.00pm
  • Opportunity to cover additional shifts between the hours of 9:00pm – 11:00pm

  • Prior cleaning experience (domestic or commercial)
  • Own a smartphone - essential
  • Valid working rights in Australia
