About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Rural Products Sales Representative to join our team at Elders Rural. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across our diverse product range.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Support the branch in expanding our customer base and growing sales through new customer acquisition and upselling/cross-selling
- Maintain existing customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and create new sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through trust, honesty, and excellent communication skills
- Contribute to the company's goals, targets, and budgets
- Maintain accurate customer relationship management software
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Proficiency in learning a product range quickly
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Solid computer literacy
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Superior selling and negotiating ability
- A driver's licence (a forklift licence is desirable but not essential)
