Banquets Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquets Supervisor to join our team at Pier One Sydney Harbour Autograph Collection. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our banquet and event operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily functions operations and assist with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards and assisting servers and hosts on the floor during peak periods.
• Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
• Determine training needed to accomplish goals, then implement a plan.
• Provide for guests and patrons an experience and environment they feel meets their expectations.
• Ensure all beverages are concocted to standard recipes and maintain beverage cost at the percentage detailed in the budget or as instructed by the Restaurant and Bar Manager.
• Set up and maintain a weekly cleaning schedule for the function areas to achieve the highest possible hygiene and cleaning standards.
