Job Description:

We are seeking Year 10 students to undertake School-based Traineeships where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations. The traineeship involves working in a branch and completing certificate requirements, including workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.

This position is based at our Arndell Park location.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Embracing company values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of work environment

About You:

If you possess good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a great attitude, we want to hear from you. As a team player, you will be willing to learn, take on new challenges, and contribute to the success of our business.

You will be required to work equivalent to one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability essential. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to support your progress.
