In today's fast-paced digital landscape, organisations require professionals who can analyse and implement efficient systems. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting requirement analysis and preparing proposals for modified or replacement systems. Your role will involve working closely with colleagues to provide IT solutions that meet the needs of internal and external clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough requirement analysis and prepare detailed proposals for system modifications and replacements
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and adaptability
  • Develop and deliver user manuals and training materials for new system users
  • Establish, supervise, and document testing schedules for comprehensive systems
  • Provide expert support for change control and system updates to users
  • Engage in regular meetings with multiple clients and key stakeholders to discuss project progress and expectations
  • Compile and present project reports and costing documents to stakeholders
  • Design and implement financial project plans to support software solution implementation
  • Collaborate with clients to deploy system deliverables and train personnel on system resources
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to gather, interpret, and translate complex data into actionable insights and system requirements
  • Proficiency in system analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, including process modelling, data flow diagrams, and use case scenarios
  • Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data integration principles
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail and proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
