Main Responsibilities

  • Vendor support: assist in training and onboarding new vendors for Brighte Government programs;
  • Vendor relationship management: establish and maintain strong partnerships with new and existing vendors to facilitate successful operation in government schemes;
  • Issue resolution and liaison: address and resolve vendor-related issues, providing feedback on compliance concerns;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal teams to facilitate onboarding and ongoing vendor management;
  • Reporting and documentation: maintain accurate records of vendor performance, communications, and agreements for transparency and future reference;
  • Team support for the Sales and Enterprise teams as required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in building strong stakeholder relationships, with strong communication skills;
  • Basic understanding of operations and business processes;
  • Knowledge of compliance standards or ability to learn quickly;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
  • Proficiency in using business software and tools (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, project management software);
  • Experience in the solar/renewables sector is strongly preferred.
