We are seeking a professional with strong project management skills to oversee flooring projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a sales mindset and be able to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing flooring projects from tender through to installation and handover
  • Liaising with architects, builders, contractors, and suppliers
  • Preparing project schedules, budgets, and progress reports
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Previous project management experience in flooring, fit-out, construction, or interiors
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A natural relationship builder with a commercially minded, sales-focused approach
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
  • Results-driven, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
