We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic bakers to join our team. An apprentice baker role involves learning the art of baking through hands-on training, formal education, and one-on-one coaching. You will have the opportunity to develop a range of skills including baking and presenting quality products, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Baking and presenting high-quality products that meet changing customer needs
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Assisting with stock control and production expenses
  • Continuously learning new skills and products
  • Providing exceptional customer service when required

To be successful in this role, you will need:
