Role Overview

As Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) specialists, you will collaborate with a highly skilled team, guided by industry experts, to provide timely security advice aimed at enhancing our clients' cyber security posture.

  • A minimum Baseline clearance is required.

Your Contributions Will Include:

  • Formulating cyber security policies in accordance with established frameworks and standards such as ISM, PSPF, Essential 8, NIST, ISO27001 / 27002, etc.
  • Conducting compliance assessments aligned with policies and industry standards.
  • Identifying, understanding, and managing security risks.
  • Enhancing the cyber security framework to safeguard systems.
  • Creating insightful risk reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • With moderate supervision, you will:
  • Draft security policies.
  • Perform compliance evaluations.
  • Conduct risk assessments.
  • Advise on risk treatment options.
  • Generate security reports.
  • Effectively manage your workload to meet client and organizational deadlines.
  • Consistently apply quality assurance processes to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a desire for professional growth, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for cyber security solutions are essential.
  • We welcome candidates who are recent graduates or those in the early stages of their careers across various fields.

Highly Regarded Experience:

  • Qualifications in cyber security or ICT, such as diplomas, degrees, or industry certifications.
  • Familiarity with cyber security principles, including risk management and compliance standards.
  • A robust work ethic and the ability to manage time effectively within a dynamic team environment.
  • A professional demeanor and a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • To engage with our Australian Federal Government clients, candidates must be Australian citizens and possess an AGSVA security clearance (minimum baseline).
