Financial Controller | Building Operations

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Controller to lead our financial operations in the building industry.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing our business' financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and clients.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of accounting and finance functions.
- Proven experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the building industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
